fried potatoes and gravy: the perfect snow day comfort food
1. fry potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and garlic until everything is done. i used soy sauce and all-purpose seasoning to spice it up.
2. gravy! i used this recipe: http://vegweb.com/recipes/i-cant-believe-its-vegan-gravy. it’s very fast, tasty, and simple. i added black pepper and cayenne because that’s what i do. it was also a little thick for me, so i added some unsweetened almond milk.
Made this again yesterday but added Field Roast apple and sage sausage instead of mushrooms. So delicious.
